WHO WE ARE
DEVELOPMENT COMES FIRST — WE'RE NOT AN ORDINARY CLUB.
Established in 2014, Farnborough FC Futsal Academy is a not-for-profit development centre partnered with the FA. We don't promise to play against professional academies — we give players responsibility, allow them to make mistakes, and help them learn from them.
It's about excellence, not results. It's about making sure every member has the opportunity to succeed and the best possible chance to reach their goals. Development comes first.
COACHES
A PHILOSOPHY SHARED BY EVERY COACH.
We don't work with coaches unless they agree with our philosophy. Our coaches challenge players to be the best they can possibly be — and teach.
STUART LEE
Having previously played football in England, Wales, France and Spain over a 10 year period Stuart encountered Futsal in 2016...
JESS BOYD
Jess is a qualified secondary PE teacher who has moved into higher education as course lead and lecturer on a sports degree at a university in London....
OLI STACEY
Ben works with the Monday and Friday night age groups from U7-U14 and also assists in the female futsal sessions....
LEE BISHOP
Lee runs the Futsal Development Centre having started the club back in 2016.....

PARTNER WORKING
WORKING WITH THE FA & THE GRASSROOTS GAME.
We do lots of work with Hampshire FA and the Football Association. We have a fantastic relationship with local professional football clubs and within the wider Futsal community.

We work closely with many grassroots community clubs — our pathway offers them a place to come and develop within our academy structure.

PLAYERS
There are no 'pro' and 'not-pro' players. All abilities are welcome — no trials. If there is space, you can join.

NOT-FOR-PROFIT
The academy is not-for-profit. All funds go back into the club and the players.

A FUTSAL CLUB
We are a genuine futsal club — the small-sided game is our identity, not a side offering.
