ABOUT US
ABOUT US
A Futsal Academy where development is everything.
WHO WE ARE
AN ACADEMY WHERE DEVELOPMENT COMES FIRST
Established in 2014, Farnborough FC Futsal Academy is a specialist academy operating in partnership with semi-professional club Farnborough FC.
Our ethos centers on individual player development rather than a win-at-all-costs mindset. We empower players by giving them responsibility, encouraging them to take risks, and helping them learn from their mistakes. For us, success is measured by individual progress and personal excellence, not just match results.
Many of our players use futsal as a springboard for football, while others choose to focus entirely on futsal as they grow—we fully support both paths. We provide clear pathways into local grassroots football, adult National Futsal League teams, semi-professional football, and national representation.
In fact, several players from our youth pathway have gone on to represent England Futsal at U17 and U19 levels.

PARTNER WORKING
WORKING WITH THE FA & THE GRASSROOTS GAME.
We do lots of work with Hampshire FA and the Football Association. We have a fantastic relationship with local professional football clubs and within the wider Futsal community.

We work closely with many grassroots community clubs — our pathway offers them a place to come and develop within our academy structure.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
PLAYERS, PRINCIPLE AND PURPOSE.
01
PLAYERS
There are no 'pro' and 'not-pro' players. All abilities are welcome — no trials. If there is space, you can join.
02
NOT-FOR-PROFIT
The academy is not-for-profit. All funds go back into the club and the players.
03
A FUTSAL CLUB
We are a genuine futsal club — the small-sided game is our identity, not a side offering.
